Growth and development in Fraser is resulting in significant expansions of public infrastructure, the Public Works Department is implementing new asset management programs and evaluating expanding capacity to include additional operations. Currently, the Town is anticipating significant public projects including highway median installations, a bridge replacement project, multiple water and sewer main projects, a six million dollar open space improvement, and a center for creative arts. The Public Works Department operations include streets, stormwater management, snow management, open space and trails, water and wastewater, facility and fleet management, and development services. The Director oversees a staff of 15 full time employees along with seasonal staff and various consultants. Salary range for this position is $70,000-$115,000 depending on qualifications.
