Plans, develops, administers and coordinates the staff and operation of City-wide integrated solid waste collection and recycling programs and services, including business and dispatch operations, of the Resource Recovery and Recycling Division. Supervises, assigns and reviews the work of administrative, supervisory and various support staff.

Education, Training and Experience:
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in Business or Public Administration, Environmental Science or a closely related field.
Five years of recent, paid and progressively responsible work experience in solid waste collection and recycling operations which has included administrative, budgetary and customer service responsibilities. At least two years of the recent, paid work experience must have included supervisory responsibilities.
