This is a Management position with excellent benefits, including Administrative Leave, Auto Allowance, Sick Leave and Vacation Leave Buy-Back, LTD, CalPERS Retirement, and a 9/80 work schedule. This position will be receiving a 2.5% salary increase, effective July 1, 2019.
The Engineering Project Manager
coordinates, manages, and monitors the progress of assigned projects and programs at all stages of development including public works capital improvement projects, traffic calming projects or other projects and programs; and responds to questions and inquiries from the general public, developers, contractors, engineering professionals and City staff.
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in engineering, land surveying, business administration, public administration or closely related field.
At least five years of experience in public administration, business administration, engineering or related experience in a public works, planning or land development setting.
License or Certificate:
Possession of an appropriate, valid driver's license.
Possession of a registration as a professional engineer in the State of California is highly desirable.
