Cachuma Operation and Maintenance Board, a Joint Powers Authority located in Santa Barbara, CA, is seeking an experienced candidate to fill the position of Operations Supervisor. This position will perform a variety of technical work on the South Coast Conduit such as supervising and coordinating activities of assigned personnel, planning, design, construction, operation and rehabilitation of the Cachuma Project structures and facilities used for water storage, supply and transmission.
Requires a minimum seven years increasingly responsible experience in water or wastewater facilities including two years supervisory experience. Preferred graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, planning, construction management or closely related field or any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the necessary knowledge and ability. Upper division course work in hydrology, water resources and geology is highly desirable. Water Distribution Certification D3 required.
