The City of Goodyear is looking for a Street Maintenance Foreman to join our team. This position will direct the general field maintenance activities of two areas within the Street division. These activities include the installation, maintenance, and repair of pavement and bridges. Coordinate special activities with agencies and vendors. Review citywide project plans. Supervise street sweeping operations, street crews, and emergency personnel. This is a working Foreman position spending approximately 75% of the time in the field and 25% of the time in the office.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in the repair and maintenance of pavement, bridges and concrete and three years of previous supervisory experience. Candidate must also have the ability to obtain a Class "A" CDL with Tanker endorsement within the first 6 months of employment. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of one year of experience with a computerized work order system and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess good communication skills both verbally and in writing..
